Founded in 1934, ERCO pioneered architectural lighting across Europe since 1960s with headquarter based in Lüdenscheid. Less than 60 years later ERCO is the first established luminaire manufacturer with a portfolio based entirely on LED technology. Around 1000 committed and dedicated ERCO employees worldwide ensure that LED technology is developed from a pure technology into a sophisticated lighting tool – because perception-orientated lighting design, implemented in the context of efficient visual comfort, is our mission.
