Established in 1987, China Building Technique Group Co., Ltd. (CBTGC) is a core subsidiary invested and held by the central state-ownedenterprise China Academy of Building Research (CABR). Technically supported by CABR, the largest comprehensive R & D institute in domestic building engineering industry, CBTGC has dozens of industry famous experts and a talent team consisting of lots of young and middle-agedtechnical backbones who are proficient in scientific research, technology and management.
After over 30 years of development, CBTGC has become a management & technology-based general construction enterprise integrated withplanning, survey, design, engineering, general construction, construction supervision, consultation, testing and inspection services with brandadvantages. It is always dedicated to providing excellent services throughout the whole life cycle of building engineering. With a strong focus on the R&D of hot fields of building technology such as building industrialization, building informatization, existing building renovation, green building, ecological and low-carbon urban planning, pre-stressed technology, ecological and livable environment, CBTGC has won many awards, such as China Science and Technology Progress Award. CBTGC is the only company approved by BeijingMunicipal Science and Technology Commission to establish technical R & D center for existing building retrofit engineering. By taking design and construction as the main business, CBTGC is mainly specialized in EPC, construction of data centers and one-stop solution service for existing building retrofit, and expands new
market constantly, forming its own specialties including one-stop solution service for steel structure project, pre-stressed technology and engineering, the consultation services for green building, BIM, fire safety, construction industrialization, low-energy consumption design, ecocity planning , and MEP design. In recent years, CBTGC has won the Luban Award, Zhan Tianyou Award, the National Quality Project Award, the National Excellent Design Award, the China Science and Technology Progress Award and many other national and provincial awards.
